"Reason #15: CCTV! Ever seen a local event in Concord on TV? Watched programs created by your neighbors like Poetry Moment, A Concord Carpenter or Living Green? You can thank CCTV, a non-profit, public-access facility operating in Concord an

d Carlisle. Their mission is to foster community, communication, and collaboration by providing citizens that live, work or attend school in Concord or Carlisle with the skills and equipment necessary to produce their own local cable television programs.
At CCTV, you can attend classes and specialized workshops to learn how to properly use TV cameras and lighting, or how to do digital video editing, or even how to produce your own shows! You can become a member (membership is available to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in the Towns of Concord and Carlisle), which would allow you access to CCTV equipment and facilities, as well as the ability to sponsor programming from other regional access centers for CCTV to air.
